Privacy Rights Addendum - Utah and Iowa

This addendum supplements the main U.S. Privacy Statement for Manolutions and applies to residents of Utah and Iowa.

Your Privacy Rights in Utah and Iowa

Under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) and the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA), residents of these states have the following rights:

3. Right to Data Portability: You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable and readily usable format.

• The sale of personal data

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@manolutions.com. We will respond to your request within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, considering the complexity and number of your requests.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to verify your identity using the information you provide.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Sale of Personal Information

Manolutions does not sell personal information as defined under the UCPA or ICDPA. However, we may share certain information with third-party partners for business purposes as described in our main Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Data Processing

We only process sensitive data with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable laws.
