  • Tennessee: The Tennessee Information Protection Act includes specific provisions for biometric data, requiring explicit consent for its collection and use.
  • Montana: The Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act has unique provisions for data brokers, requiring them to register with the state.
  • Oregon: The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act includes specific requirements for obtaining consent, particularly for processing sensitive data.
